Chocolate Labels

Chocolate labels are the information displayed on the packaging or wrapper of a chocolate product. These labels typically include details such as the brand name, product name, ingredients, nutritional information, and allergen warnings.

The ingredients list will typically detail the types and amounts of ingredients used in the chocolate, including cocoa solids, sugar, milk, and any additional flavorings or additives. Nutritional information will often include the number of calories, total fat, saturated fat, carbohydrates, sugar, protein, and fiber per serving.

Chocolate Labelling Materials

Semi-Gloss Paper Labels

Semi-gloss paper labels are an excellent choice for chocolate packaging due to their ability to provide a high-quality finish that enhances the product’s appearance. The semi-gloss finish creates a subtle shine that adds a luxurious touch to the label and product.

A gloss varnish and gloss laminate are excellent options for chocolate labels due to their ability to provide an extra layer of protection and enhance the label’s visual appeal. The gloss varnish provides a high level of glossiness, creating a luxurious and shiny finish that adds to the product’s premium look. Similarly, a gloss laminate provides a high level of glossiness, but it is thicker and more durable than a gloss varnish, making it a suitable option for products that require more protection.

Waterproof Plastic Labels

Waterproof labels are an excellent option for chocolate labels due to their ability to resist moisture and maintain their quality appearance. Since chocolate is susceptible to melting when exposed to moisture, using waterproof labels ensures that the label remains intact and legible, even if the product is exposed to moisture or high humidity. Waterproof labels are also resistant to smudging, tearing, and abrasion, making them a durable and reliable option for chocolate products that may be transported over long distances or subjected to rough handling

For extra water resistance, we recommend a gloss laminate over the top to ensure that the print is as protected as the label.

Fluorescent Coloured Labels

Fluorescent labels are an excellent choice for chocolate labels as they can help products stand out on the shelves and grab customers’ attention. The bright and bold colours of fluorescent labels are eye-catching and easily noticeable, making them ideal for creating a visual impact and increasing brand recognition. They are particularly effective in low-light environments, such as stores with dim lighting or refrigerated displays.

If you would like regular colours printed on your labels, then we would have these digitally printed on top of the label for you.
